After the amazing success of the T59551 and T5E671 Timex Bodylink Systems Timex have finally produced this great mid-sized speed and distance system. The T5G311 Timex Bodylink Ironman Triathlon Mid-Size with Heart Rate and Speed - Distance has all of the features of the current full size T5E671 but now in a great looking smaller design. This will be a perfect fit for those with smaller wrists or for anyone who doesn’t want a bulky looking watch.

Speed and Distance Features
Speed Information - Real-time speed, average speed and maximum speed.
Pace Information - Pace, average pace and best pace.
Distance Information - Total distance measurement with target distance alerts.
Odometer - Measures your accumulative distances to allow you to keep track of weekly/monthly targets.
Hands Free Operation - Using it’s Global Position System (GPS) the TG311 can be set to automatically start and stop. It can also automatically take splits based on a pre-set distance, speed or time.

Heart Rate Monitor Features
Five Heart Rate Zones - Preset your desired heart rate exercise zone. Alarm notification when you are not in zone.
Average Heart Rate - Displays your average heart rate over a period of time.
Time in Zone - Amount of time spent within your selected heart rate target zone.
Automatic Zone Calculation - Automatically sets your five training zones, one manual zone setting.

The T5G311 Timex Bodylink Ironman Triathlon Mid-Size with Heart Rate and Speed comes with the latest Navman II GPS receiver. This is smaller and lighter than the previous T59551 Bodylink receiver. The Navman II GPS unit weighs just 76 grams and takes one AA battery which can provide up to 13 hours of use.

This system also comes with a rubber bike mount so that you can easily attach the watch to the handlebars of your bike.

As this is a mid-size watch it is more suited to younger people, ladies and those who do not like the look of the larger T5E671 Timex Bodylink with Heart Rate and Speed Distance or T5C391 Timex Bodylink Trail Runner.
