Watch Functions

EL Backlight - An electro-luminescent panel causes the entire face to glow for easy reading. Includes an After-Glow feature that keeps the EL backlight turned on for a few seconds after the light button is released.
Calorie Consumption Calculator (CAL) - This function calculates the calories you have used and stores the result in the memory.
Heart rate meter - Your current heart rate is measured via a chest belt. This data is transferred to the watch and displayed in bpm (beats per minute).
Heart rate target zone alarm - An ’out of zone’ alarm sounds as soon as your heart rate leaves a pre-set zone.
Heart rate utilisation display - Displays your heart rate as a percentage of its maximum.
Wireless transmission - The heart rate transmitter sends information to the watch wirelessly
World Time - Displays the current time in major cities and specific areas around the world.
Stopwatch function - Measures in 1/100ths of a second for a maximum of 100 hours.
200 Lap Memory - Finishing, lap and intermediate times can be stored in this memory along with the date.
Countdown-Timer with automatic repeat function (x2) - The stopwatch, which counts backwards, emits a signal tone after a preset time has elapsed and counts back automatically again from the preset time. Two of these countdown alarms can be set independently.
Daily Alarm, Hourly Time Signal - The daily alarm sounds each day at the time you set. The value indicates how many daily alarms are available. The hourly time signal causes the watch to beep every hour on the hour.
Full Auto Calendar - Allowances are made automatically for months of different lengths, in case date corrections for leap years are required.
12/24-hour Timekeeping - Times can be displayed in either a 12-hour or 24-hour format.
